Practice consulting for medical & dental offices
Most consultants talk.
We fix it and leave.
No slide decks, no twelve-month retainers, no meetings about meetings. We come into your medical or dental practice, find the core of the problem, and fix it ourselves. Operations, billing, HR, credentialing. Your team learns it by watching us do it, then we hand you the keys. When the job is done, we're gone.
That's why it's called Core Consulting.
The difference
What you get, and what you don't.
- Hand you a list of things you should do
- Coach by monthly call and leave the building work to your staff
- Touch one area only: billing, or recall, or marketing
- Specialize in dental or medical, never both
- Lock you into a 12-month program
- Take referral fees from the vendors they recommend
- Does the work ourselves, in your office, in your software
- On-site, hands-on. Not a Zoom call and a checklist.
- Fixes operations, billing, HR, and credentialing under one roof
- Fluent in both medical and dental practices
- Fixed scope, fixed price, clear end date
- Takes no kickbacks. Your systems and data stay yours.

How we work
In, fixed, out.
Every engagement has a start date, an end date, and a list of things that will work differently when we leave.
Find the core
Two weeks inside your practice: numbers, schedule, systems, and team. You get a two-page list of what's broken, ranked by dollar impact. No binder.
Agree the fix
Three to five changes, a fixed price, and an end date. You approve the scope once and don't manage us after that.
We do the work
We're in your office and in your systems, building the schedule templates, billing workflows, and HR documents ourselves. Your team is trained on the result, not handed a to-do list.
Hand you the keys
Written procedures, a trained team, and a 30-day check-in. Then we leave. If you want us back later, call. If not, you won't hear from us.
"We stopped guessing. Within a quarter our collections were up, our schedule had room for new patients, and I finally understood my own P&L."
